Much on the way? Hiking, festivals, school or whatever. Cereal bars are just right. They give you energy and fill you up. And best of all, making them yourself is super easy.
- 300 g Cereal of your choice. (Oats, nuts, seeds ,dried fruits, etc.)
- 75 g flour
- 1 banan (ca. 80 g)
- 75 g syrup
Mash in a bowl the banana with a fork. Then mix all the ingredients until you get a sticky mass. Dress a small oven baking dish with baking paper and spread the dough evenly. Bake the cereal for 20 min at 170 degrees Celsius.
Immediately after removing the mass out of the oven cut into even bars. Let them cool down, then there are ready to eat. 🙂
